Trapped in a glass box

Mark had been trapped in lifts (elevators) before. But this time he was trapped with the one man who had sworn to cause him grievously bodily harm, if they ever met again. Hammond was senseless as a raging bull, and strong as one too! The fact that the elevator had glass panels, meant that there was a live audience, filming the whole incident and itching to post it on social media. Also trapped with him was his young nephew who was crying, a nervous woman crouched in the corner, and a drunk technician who was in a world of his own, thus of no practical help. How was he going to get out of this mess?
